Aaron has been with STAR BASE for the past 4 years and has over 20 years experience in system analysis, design and programming with IBM midrange platform and languages. Aaron, in recent years has achieved many certifications, most notably the CBAP (Certified Business Analyst Professional) certification that only 800 individuals in the world have earned.

He is a great asset to our clients in the Business Analyst and Project Management role and has the exceptional ability to communicate with all levels of the business including IT Management, business users and technical staff. Born and raised in Ohio, Aaron has a B.S. in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance from Wright State University.
