In 1991, Jeff Welsh founded STAR BASE Consulting, Inc. to better meet the IT strategy, application development & integration, system architecture, and IT outsourcing needs of the Greater Southwest Ohio community.  The firm grew rapidly through a reputation of excellence in serving clients and soon began offering a wide variety of IT services to large and mid-size organizations alike.
