LETTER FROM THE PRESIDENT
Happy holidays from STAR BASE Consulting! As we close out another year, it's a perfect time to look back on the trends of this year, especially in regards to offshoring. While we look forward to 2012, we anticipate many of the same challenges will remain—many of which persist due to a less than robust economic recovery.
